Rev. Dr. Mark W. Rainey, Sr. is Senior Pastor of The Restoration Fellowship Church of Delaware. As well, Pastor Rainey is founder of the nonprofit organization People Builders, Inc. designed to equip and help persons in need. A true servant of the Lord, this humble Man of God, is also assisting Bishop Aretha E. Morton in various leadership capacities at Tabernacle Full Gospel Baptist Cathedral. Dr. Rainey is a Howard University graduate and has worked professionally for 37 years as a Registered Physical Therapist; licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. The published author of 4 books, Pastor Rainey is presently working on his fifth book which is a book of poems designed for children. A black belt in karate, a road bike enthusiast, and a 5K runner, Pastor Rainey believes that we must take care of the temple of the Lord. He and his precious wife, the beautiful Dr. Velva J. Rainey have been married for 38 years. This God blessed couple has stood together in Christ in both marriage and ministry; and are excited about what God has ahead for HIS Church. As well, they are the grateful parents of Alexandra, Ashley, MarkII, and Matthew.
